Why people keep our number
We show up when we said, and we don't leave a mess.
- A two-hour arrival windowand a text when we're 20 minutes out.
- Drop cloths down, dust swept upbefore we pack the truck.
- Photos of every finished jobso you can check the work from the office.
- One-year workmanship guaranteeon everything we install or repair.
One visit vs. three trades
Six small jobs. One trip, not three.
The usual way to clear a list is a plumber, an electrician and a carpenter, each with their own call-out and arrival window. Here is the same six-job list done both ways.

Homes, rentals and small offices
One tradesman for every kind of list.
Most of our work is in homes, but the same punch-list approach works for landlords between tenants and for small offices after hours.
Make-ready turnovers
Patch, paint touch-ups, locks, blinds and fixtures between tenants, with photos and one invoice per unit.
After-hours repairs
Shelving, door closers, TV mounts and fixtures done after you close, so nobody works around us.
Pay over time
For projects over $1,500, monthly payments are available through a third-party lender, subject to approval.

Six jobs I'd put off for two years, done before lunch. He even swept the garage he didn't touch.
★★★★★
Texted a photo of the leaking faucet at 8, had a window by 9 and a new faucet by 2. Price matched the estimate.
★★★★★
Mounted the TV, fixed two doors and hung blinds in one visit. Clean, on time and honest about what he couldn't do.
