We buy what the job needs and attach the receipt to your invoice. No markup.
How a visit goes
From the list to done.
- Send the list
Add jobs online or text photos. We'll confirm the time estimate and the materials to pick up.
- Pick a window
Two-hour arrival windows, Monday to Friday. You get a text when we're 20 minutes away.
- We work the list
Drop cloths down, one job at a time, and a photo of each one as it's finished.
- Walk-through
We check every item with you or send the photos, then invoice for the actual time.

What if the job takes longer than the estimate?
We'll stop and tell you before going more than 30 minutes over, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Are you licensed?
Texas doesn't license handymen. We carry $1M in liability insurance and refer licensed electrical, gas and plumbing work to licensed trades.
Do you have a minimum?
The first hour is the minimum. Bundling jobs into one visit is the best value.
What does the guarantee cover?
If anything we installed or repaired fails within a year because of our work, we come back and fix it free.
